Swing Golf Club Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to individuals applying for and participating in the Swing Golf Club Ambassador Program ("Program"). By submitting an application to the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Program Participation
- Participation in the Program is contingent upon acceptance by Swing Golf Club ("Company") and may be terminated at the Company's discretion at any time.
- Ambassadors must actively promote Company products in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Referral Commission
- Ambassadors will earn a 10% commission on each product sale made using their unique referral code.
- Commissions are subject to a cap of $100 per order.
- Commissions will be calculated and paid out on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold to be determined by the Company.
3. Ambassador Benefits
- Ambassadors receive a 20% discount on entire order available in the Company's online store.
- Ambassadors can unlock tiered rewards based on achieving specific sales milestones:
- $100 in sales: 2 free polos.
- $200 in sales: 2 free polos and 2 free hoodies/sweatshirts.
- $500 in sales: New driver.
- $1,000 in sales: Fairway wood and wedges.
- $2,000 in sales: Scotty Cameron putter.
- $5,000 in sales: Paid trip to the Players Championship.
- Upon completing the first sale, ambassadors will receive a complimentary t-shirt.
4. Exclusive Access
- Ambassadors will receive advance notice of new product arrivals and enjoy early access to purchase them.
5. Use of Intellectual Property
- Ambassadors are authorized to use Company trademarks, logos, and marketing materials for promotional purposes within the scope of the Program.
- Any unauthorized use or misrepresentation of Company intellectual property may result in immediate termination of ambassador status.
6. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies when promoting Company products.
- Failure to comply may lead to termination from the Program and potential legal consequences.
7. Termination
- The Company reserves the right to terminate an ambassador's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
- Upon termination, all Program benefits, including commissions, discounts, and access to rewards, will cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
- Ambassadors assume all risks associated with their participation.
9. Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated to ambassadors in writing and will take effect upon notice.
By submitting an application to the Swing Golf Club Ambassador Program, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms and conditions and your willingness to abide by them throughout your participation in the Program.
